Status:  A letter from the PSLRB was issued on 12/4/17 indicating that this matter is being held in abeyance pending a hearing before the Review Board of the TAAAC regarding Ms. Moesel’s expulsion from TAAAC.  On June 4, 2018, the Executive Director received the final decision of the TAAAC Review Board, denying Ms. Moesel’s request and upholding the TAAAC decision.  Board issued decision on 9.11.18.
