14.30.05 Elections

Pre-election conference attendance shall be limited to:
The Executive Director and up to two Board staff members; and
Three representatives for each election process participant.
.09-1 Tally of Ballots.
Ballots shall be counted at a place and time prescribed by the Executive Director, or the Executive Director’s designee, and shall be open to the public viewing.
The Executive Director, or the Executive Director’s designee, shall undertake the counting of the ballots. Present at the table, with the Executive Director, or the Executive Director’s designee, for the official tally of the ballots, shall be:
An additional Board staff observer;
One observer from each party to the election; and
One observer from the employer/institution.
