Status:  All filings received, Executive Director recommended full Board review.  Board Opinion issued January 10, 2020.  FOP 141 filed a Request for Reconsideration on January 15, 2020.  The Board issued an opinion on that motion on May 6, 2020.

Both of the decisions linked above have been appealed to the Baltimore City Circuit Court.  Per Judge’s Order, these matters have been consolidated for appellate review, and shall be heard per Court scheduling, on August 10, 2020.
