PSLRB Law

The Public School Labor Relations Board is responsible for the administration and enforcement of Title 6, Subtitles 4 and 5 of the Education Article.

These Subtitles deal with union representation of certificated and non-certificated public elementary and secondary school employees, negotiations between public school employers and unions, and other labor relations matters.

In broad terms, the statute authorizes the PSLRB to “decide any controversy or dispute arising under Title 6, Subtitle 4 or 5 of” the Education article.
