Status:  Charging documents received.  Per the direction of the PSLRB, the Executive Director issued a letter to the charging party on June 25, 2019 indicating that the Board did not have jurisdiction over the claim presented and would not be able to process the charge.  The charging party send nothing addition to the Board on this matter, and it has been removed from the Board’s docket.
